As you enter this lovely home you will notice it is a reverse floor plan which provides maximum views with the living area on the top floor. With the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear and the ocean to the front, you have maximum views from all directions as this home will feel like its surrounded by water.
The top level is dedicated as the living area with one of the king masters on this level. The living room, dining and kitchen are all joined which makes for great family time together. The living room is equipped with sofas, arm chairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, wet bar with convenient beverage fridge, large flatscreen TV, half bath and elevator which services all levels. There is also direct access to the oceanfront deck from the living room. The fireplace as shown in photograph is NOT to be utilized for rentals.
The kitchen is very spacious and has water views in all directions, ICW from the rear and ocean from the front. It has beautiful custom cabinetry with subway tile backsplash and quartz countertops. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major appliances and all countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, a smooth top range oven combination, dishwasher and a built-in microwave. A large farmhouse style sink overlooking the beautiful bay areas of Topsail Island. The countertop appliances include a toaster, coffee pot and blender.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is a wall of glass with views everywhere. This is certainly called “Dining By The Sea”. The dining table has ample seating with additional seating at the kitchen bar area as well as a large dining table and chairs on the oceanfront deck.
The top-level master bedroom (bedroom 1) is equipped with a king bed, night stands with lamps, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV, access out to the top-level deck, a private bath with jetted tub, large walk-in shower and double vanities. Outstanding direct-on oceanfront views.
As you move down to the lower level you will find 4 additional bedrooms, bathrooms and private laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Three of the bedrooms face directly out to the ocean and the bunkroom faces the waterway.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a king bed and is the second master with full private bath. There are nights stands with lamp, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and direct access out to the oceanfront porch. There is a private bath with tub, double vanities and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 is direct ocean facing with access to the oceanfront porch and is equipped with a queen bed with lots of built-in storage compartments, ceiling fan, closet and large flat screen TV.
Bedroom 4 is direct ocean facing with access to the oceanfront porch as well as the front covered porch which provides water views in multiple directions. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser with mirror, closet, ceiling fan and large flat screen TV.
A large bathroom off this bedroom is equipped with large walk-in shower and double vanities.
Bedroom 5 is equipped with 4 twin bunks and a single trundle which sleeps 5 in this room. This room has a mounted flatscreen TV which makes it a nice spot for the kids to hang out.

Just a short-ways down the street is the North Topsail Beach Park which has something for everyone- playground equipment for kids, a basketball court and a volleyball court, tennis court, picnic tables and deep water access for paddle board or kayak.
This home is only 1 mile to world class golfing at North Shore Country Club and only 1 mile to the Seaview Oceanfront Fishing Pier.

For guests that are booking through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final conformations.
This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 956 Old Folkstone RD. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-in Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to the property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.
