This is a lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 3^rd floor of the much-desired Shipwatch Villas oceanfront complex. The lushly landscaped grounds of this well-established complex provide a tropical backdrop for your Topsail Island vacation. This 3^rd floor unit offers access to the large community pool, outdoor grilling area, beach access and outdoor showers, all for your enjoyment.

The open layout and Tuscan coastal décor create a relaxing atmosphere. Relax in the comfortably furnished living room and enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from the wall of windows and the sliding glass doors. This unit also overlooks the community pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard area.

The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, custom cabinets and all the amenities you will need during your stay. Seat 6 at the dining table, 2 more at the counter, or take your meals outside on the covered balcony.

This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, private bath and direct access out to the oceanfront balcony.

Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 double beds and a full bath with tub and shower is adjacent just outside the bedroom door.

There is a private laundry area in the hallway with full-size washer and dryer.

With lots to do at Shipwatch Villas why not come to enjoy and experience a fun-filled beach vacation in this wonderful oceanfront complex.

This unit offers many great amenities, including parking, outdoor grilling area, elevator, washer and dryer, TV, WIFI, AC, covered oceanfront balcony, comfortable deck seating, outdoor showers, large oceanfront swimming pool and easy direct access boardwalk across the sand dune and right down to the beautiful white sandy beach.

Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
