Del Boca Vista North is a luxurious oceanfront beach home with magnificent panoramic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. On almost any day you can observe numerous pods of dolphins directly in front of this home as they troll the waters in search of their morning meal. Del BocaVista North is located within the much-desired oceanfront community of Ocean Ridge Village in North Topsail Beach. There is a large community pool only steps from this home as well as a beach access right out front.
Del Boca Vista North features 6 bedrooms with 6.5 baths and will sleep 16 comfortably. The bedding set-up includes 2 kings. 2 queens, 4 bunk beds (twin over twin – sleeps 8).
As you approach this lovely home you will immediately notice the beautiful architectural design with multiple decks, double garage and most importantly, the sweeping ocean views that will take your breath away.
As you enter the home from the garage area you will notice it has a bad weather entry where you can access either the elevator or the stairwell to enter the main living quarters of the home. The elevator will quickly transport you and your supplies from the ground level up to all the living levels with ease. This is a great feature that you will certainly come to appreciate when bringing in groceries or luggage on a rainy day.
This home features a reverse floor plan where the main living area (Living Room, Dining and Kitchen) is located on the top level of the home for providing maximum views.
The living room is very spacious and is surrounded with a wall of glass that allows you to enjoy the wonderful ocean views from all directions. This room is equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs, coffee table and end tables, large flatscreen TV and a Sonos music system that will pipe music of your choice throughout the house and to all oceanfront decks and porches. There is also a convenient half bath off the living room area.
Adjacent to and adjoining the living room is an additional seating area equipped with a game table, comfortable chairs and window bench seating. This is a great spot for playing board games and enjoying family time together while still being able to socialize with the rest of the family in the adjoining main living room area.
This kitchen is a chef’s dream come true. It is very well stocked and equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances are all stainless and include a large double door fridge with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, range/oven combination and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The cabinets are custom shaker style in a vision of white and all capped with beautiful granite countertops and subway tile backsplash. There is a center island with double bowl sink and a secondary island for prep space. There is also bar seating for 3 additional guests. The cooks do not need to feel left out of the conversations as it all can easily flow from the living area and through to the kitchen with ease. And not to forget, the views from the kitchen are spectacular, not only the ocean but the Intracoastal and Bay areas to the rear.
There are two dining areas and they are precisely situated on each side of the kitchen for maximum water views. There is a large dining table facing the ocean and surrounded by a wall of glass. You will not want to leave your seat as the views are absolutely mesmerizing from this spot. This table seats 10 guests. The secondary dining area is situated directly across the kitchen on the Intracoastal side of the house and it has great views of the marshes and Intracoastal Waterway. This table will seat 6 guests.
For those family members that may prefer to have their meals outside there are additional dining areas on the oceanfront deck that will accommodate several guests.
The living room and dining area provide direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find lots of comfortable seating for enjoying the wonderful ocean breezes, the early morning burning sunrises along with the sounds of the ocean surf as it crashes along the shoreline. The deck will be equipped with very high-quality resin captain’s chairs, pub tables, dining table and an outdoor bar area. This is luxury at its finest and you have now arrived at Del Boca Vista North, fully exhilarated. These views are hypnotizing!
Back inside, on this same level you will find a large bedroom with a queen bed, private full bath, ceiling fan, dresser, nightstands with lamps and a closet.
As we move down (by elevator or stairwell) to the first living level (main bedroom level) you will find 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and a laundry room. There is an oceanside foyer area that allows everyone on this level to easily access the oceanfront deck where you will find lots of seating along with a large oceanside Hot Tub.
On the front side (oceanfront) you will find 2 large bedrooms that are both equipped with king beds and their own private baths with walk-in showers and double vanities.
To the rear of the house (Intracoastal side) you will find 3 additional bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser and night stands and a closet.
Another bedroom is equipped with two sets of twin bunks(sleeps 4) and the last of the six bedrooms is equipped with two sets of twin bunks (sleeps 4).
On this same level you will find a laundry room that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
This house has lots of great areas for entertaining the guests. On the ground level between the two garage bays, you will find a convenient game room that is equipped with an air hockey table along with other Arcade games. This room also has comfortable seating for those that want to wait their turn for a challenging game of air hockey.
Outside you will find a large outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water along with below deck (ground level) seating areas.
The 2-bay garage will accommodate 2 vehicles with 3 others in the driveway parking area. Inside the streetside garage bay you will find a charging station for an Electric Vehicle (EV).
The Hot Tub is Available Year-Round with an $80.00 Activation Fee for the Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Getaway Seasons.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
