This ocean front home has an elevator going all the way to the 3rd floor bedroom level. Beautifully decorated with all the trimmings, the living room has 2 sofas and an entertainment area, and there's WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for basic meal preparation, including 2 large refrigerators. For baby there's a high chair, a baby gate, a full sized crib (converts to toddler bed) and a Pack N' Play.
The upstairs has another sitting area with an entertainment area and a spectacular view of the ocean.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, ocean front, with a queen bed, stained-glass window in private bath, and a balcony. The second bedroom on the first floor has a set of twin beds. Upstairs, two other bedrooms have queen beds, a fifth has a king, and a sixth has a pyramid (twin/double) bunk, rocking chair, and room for a crib. All six bedrooms have balconies with great views.
The two ocean-front decks are bathed in sunlight, and the lower has a hot tub, ideal for moon-lit evenings.
Follow the interior stairs to the top and you will be in the tower sitting room and a truly breathtaking 360 degree view... a wonderfully private area after a day on the beach.
There is a community pool and clubhouse for you to enjoy while vacationing at 102 N. Permuda Wynd. This is a lovely home that offers something special for everyone.
The community pool open and close dates are determined by the Homeowners Association only and may vary from year to year.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or VRBO, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In-Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
