This is a spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath reverse floor plan home with spectacular ocean views from the living room and dining areas, as well as from all 4 bedrooms.
On the upper living level you will find the living/dining areas, kitchen and the master bedroom. The living room has an entertainment area and access to the upper sundeck, where you can dine al-fresco or work on your tan.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to prepare basic meals. You can dine at the dining room table and enjoy the ocean view or eat at the kitchen bar. After your evening meal, enjoy coffee or an after dinner drink while you watch the sunset from the sound side deck just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and lots of windows for enjoying the spectacular views all around.
The lower living level has three bedrooms: one with 1 bunk bed and 1 pyramid bunk sharing a bath with a bedroom with a queen bed, and another bedroom with a queen bed with access to the lower covered deck.
The ground level has parking for 4 cars along with a covered entrance to the home under the carport, so you won't get wet if you experience one of those summertime pop-up showers.
For those of you that still must work while on vacation, WiFi is provided through out.
This home is very well maintained by its owner. You'll want to make this your own "home away from home" and return year after year.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
