From the moment you pull into the driveway, you will be transported to a luxurious coastal paradise.
Ground Floor: The ground floor has garage space for 4 compact or 2 larger vehicles and parking for 2 cars outside. The foyer leads you to the staircase, game room or the 4-stop elevator to help you "move in" to each fabulous level of the home. The game room has a pool table and a 46" Smart TV! Enjoy your favorite music piped in from the whole house audio system, or turn the house speakers off and watch cable or internet TV while playing pool.
First Floor: You will arrive on the first floor to find 4 bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The 2 street side "kid" bedrooms have 2 sets of pyramid bunks in each room! Since there are 2 double beds in each room (bottom bunks), these rooms can also accommodate adults and/or young families. These rooms have 32" Smart TV's mounted on the walls. The 2 ocean side bedrooms each have king sized beds with 40" Smart TV's mounted on the walls. These rooms have private access to the lower level deck via sliding glass doors. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from this over-sized deck, which also contains a luxurious 4-person hot tub and speakers for the whole house audio system. Last but not least, this floor offers laundry accommodations with 2 extra-large capacity sets of washer and dryers! Even doing laundry will be painless here! For all 4 bedrooms, enjoy your favorite music piped in from the whole house audio system, or turn the speakers off and watch your private Smart TV with cable and internet access. From this level, there is a stair landing on the street side, just a few steps up. A sliding glass door allows access to a small balcony overlooking the maritime forest and the sound!
Second Floor: The kitchen is designed for those who love to cook and entertain! With gorgeous granite countertops, gray bead-board cabinets and all stainless steel appliances, this kitchen will not disappoint! One island has a Thermador 5-burner gas cooktop and a prep sink, with ample counter space. Next to the pantry, there is a Thermador double wall oven, a built-in microwave and plenty of cabinet/counter space. On the opposite side of the kitchen, you will have more than enough room for cold and frozen foods in the 2 refrigerator/freezers! Next to the refrigerators, you will find a 29" TV especially for the cook to enjoy! This wall has more cabinets, counter space and an ice maker! A separate island/bar area holds the kitchen sink, 2 dishwashers and a hidden trash bin. 4 counter height barstools at this island will provide seating for meals or just hanging out.
The living and dining areas are very open and spacious! A large farmhouse dining table offers seating for 10 (or more, using the bench seating). The living room has lots of cozy seating with a gas log fireplace, a 55" Smart TV and surround sound system with a Blue-ray/DVD player. An iPod dock allows you to enjoy your own music or favorite Pandora stations throughout the house and on the decks via the whole house audio system. Just off the living room, there is a wet bar, complete with bar sink, a second ice maker and a beverage center! There is a bedroom and full bath on this level, containing a queen sized bed. This bathroom also serves as a powder room for the main living area, with a separate door from the main hallway.
The views from the over-sized deck at this level are even more breathtaking than on the lower level! This deck has a 10x12 covered area, which is great for enjoying your morning coffee in the shade! But don't worry! There will be lots of opportunity for sun on this deck as well! This level also ascends to a stair landing on the street side, just a few steps up. A sliding glass door allows access to a small balcony overlooking the maritime forest and the sound!
Third Floor: The top floor reveals 2 fabulous master suites, complete with sitting areas, leading to the shared ocean-side deck high above the dunes. The view is spectacular from this level! Each suite has a king sized bed and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the sitting area. In each suite, there is a 46" Smart TV mounted on the wall opposite the bed and a 32" ultra-thin Smart TV mounted on the wall in the sitting area. Enjoy some quiet time for reading or watching cable/internet TV, with views of the ocean through your porthole window. Music from the whole house audio system fills the air! The volume can be adjusted or turned off to suit your mood. Each master bathroom boasts beautifully tiled 5'x5' "showers for 2", double vanities, linen closets and walk in closets. A few steps up from this level, the "top landing" provides a cozy sitting area with a sliding glass door leading to yet another balcony overlooking the sound. Elevator access to all floors.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
