This is a very nicely appointed 3-bedroom 2 bath duplex home just across the street from the beach that offers fabulous views of the ocean and the sound. This home is in outstanding condition and very well kept. The beach access is only a very short walk which is approximately 4 doors down to the south of the home.
There is ample parking available for up to 4 small vehicles. There is an outdoor enclosed shower available for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. There is an outdoor grill available for your family cookouts. This home has great outdoor spaces with multiple decks and covered porches for enjoying the cool ocean breezes and fabulous ocean and sound views. Even if it’s a rainy day you can find covered outdoor spaces for enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
As you enter the home through the front entrance foyer you will notice the beautiful LVP plank flooring throughout this first level.
Bedroom 1 is adjacent to the front entrance (north facing side) and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV, various dressers, night stands and lamps as well as double closets. There is direct access from this bedroom to the 1st level full bathroom which has a tub and shower combination. The view from this bedroom is of the sound area across the street and to the rear of the home.
The living room is located on the front side of the home and directly facing the glistening Atlantic Ocean.
This room is equipped with a large queen sleeper sofa, two very comfortable arm chairs, various coffee table and end tables, lamps and a large flat screen smart TV with DVD. This room provides direct access out to a large covered porch that is equipped with very nice resin captain’s chairs with table and several rocking chairs. This is a fabulous outdoor space and is a great spot for enjoying the wonderful ocean views. This is where your mind, body and spirit will be transformed into the vacation mode.
The kitchen directly adjoins the living area and is equipped with all the required major as well as small countertop appliances.The major appliances include a refrigerator with icemaker, range/oven combination and a dishwasher. The countertop appliances include a microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. There is ample cabinet space and all counters are custom tiled.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room which houses the washer/dryer as well as a storage cabinet for use as a pantry.
The dining area is equipped with a large table that has seating for 8 and the kitchen bar area has bar stools to accommodate 3 others.
As you ascend to the upper level you will find two bedrooms, a large bathroom and lots of deck space.
Bedroom 2 is located on the ocean side of the home and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen smart TV, various dressers and night stands, lamps and a closet. This bedroom also provides direct access out to the upper oceanside deck where you will find seating for enjoying the ocean views.
Bedroom 3 which is the master is equipped with a king bed, night stands and lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, wall art and a closet. This bedroom provides direct access out to the ocean side deck where you will find seating for enjoying the burning early morning sunrises. This bedroom also has a private access door to the full bath which is shared with Bedroom 2.
This upper bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large jacuzzi tub that directly faces the sound to the rear of the home. This is a great spot to relax while enjoying the fabulous water views.
This home is pet friendly not to exceed two dogs of 50 pounds each. There is a $175.00 per dog non-refundable pet fee.
Hot Tub will be available year-round with an $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
