On the first level, you will find four bedrooms with en-suite baths. The two ocean-side bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean with ceiling fans and TVs. From any one of the two oceanside bedrooms or the laundry room, you can step out onto the lower deck and enjoy the large hammock or the hot tub and listen to the waves crash along the shoreline. The two sound-side bedrooms also have amazing views. Step out onto one of the sound-side decks and enjoy fantastic sunsets!
The main retreat (master suite) is located on the top level and has spectacular views of the ocean, a ceiling fan, Flatscreen TV and a large private bath with glass shower and jacuzzi tub. Royal Dunes is convenient to the high-rise bridge, restaurants, shopping, golf and the North Topsail Beach Park.
There is parking for 4 small cars under the carport area and 2 more in the driveway. From the carport area there is a convenient bad weather entry which is great during rainy days.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
