The second bedroom is on the Intracoastal side and has access to a deck on that side of the townhouse. Found on this level as well are a full size washer and dryer.
Immediately noticeable when going up to the second level is the beautiful, all new (for 2016) hardwood flooring that stretches throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating and is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. WiFi is provided, along with TVs in the living room and master bedroom.
There is a large deck on the ocean side just off the living room which provides comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful ocean views.
The dining area has plenty of seating, along with extra seating at the kitchen bar. On the sound/ICW side of this level you will find a very large kitchen with plenty of space to accommodate several cooks in the kitchen at the same time. There is also an additional dining table in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. There is also a pantry in the kitchen, allowing extra room for food storage.
Just off the kitchen you will find another large deck, providing a great spot for viewing the often spectacular Topsail Island sunsets. There is a half bath just off the kitchen, as well.
Moving upward, the entire third level is dedicated to the master suite, including a private balcony with mesmerizing views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean, as well as great pool views. This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
