This unit sits directly on the ocean, with a beach access just steps away. It has a private balcony off the living area with an outstanding ocean view. The living area has a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation. It also has access to a private deck. The living and dining areas, and the kitchen are on the middle level two levels above the ground.
The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and is on 3 levels. There are flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The master bedroom on the top level has a queen bed and a private balcony. For your added comfort this upper level also has its own air conditioning controls. The other two bedrooms are on the lower living level One faces the ocean and has a queen bed and access to a private deck. The other faces the entrance way and pool access area and has 2 twin beds.
The complex provides a swimming pool for those who'd like an alternative to the beach.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
