This is a beautiful and well appointed 3 bedroom and 3 bath, direct oceanfront point unit located on the first floor, pool side of the complex. There is a great view of the ocean from the large private balcony. Access is obtained from two of the oceanfront bedrooms as well as the living room. There is a TV and DVD in the living room along with ceiling fans and a queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparation.
The master suite has a great ocean view with access to the oceanfront balcony. It has its own private grand bath with double vanities and walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and access to the oceanfront balcony. Bedroom three has 2 twin beds. TVs are available in all bedrooms.
This property has never been rented prior to the 2015 rental season. It is in pristine condition and very nicely decorated.
The Shipwatch Villas building has an elevator, plus the Shipwatch complex has a community swimming pool.
Please Note: There are only two parking passes available for each unit. Please make your travel plans accordingly.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
