There are two master suites with king beds and private bathrooms. One of the master baths has a tub and shower combination and the other has a large walk-in shower. The rear master has a private porch equipped with comfortable seating for enjoying that early morning cup of coffee. Both master suites have HDTV’s, one with a SMART TV and the other with a DVD player.
Bedroom 3 and 4 have queen beds, HDTV’s and a Jack & Jill bathroom with walk-in shower. The 5th bedroom has two sets of bunk beds; a twin over full (pyramid bed) and a twin over twin. This room will sleep 5 and is a great spot for the kids.
The beach is NEVER crowded, even during prime summer months. Parents will love the quiet cul-de-sac setting for children. The fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes cleaning off after a day at the beach a pleasure. The property includes a gas grill located on the ground level patio.
There is a highly rated golf course nearby. Gourmet and family-style restaurants, grocery stores, delis, bait & tackle, clothing and beach stores are all conveniently located nearby.

This property comes with a free linen package which includes: bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats and kitchen towel sets.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
