Can I book a beach vacation?

Yes! Topsail Island is open and welcoming guests. North Carolina is open and ready for your family. We have a lot of great homes that are perfect for a getaway. Now is even a great time to start planning your spring or summer 2021 Topsail Island beach vacation. 

Do you have a linen protocol?

All bed linens and towels are professionally cleaned and bleached. We have created a special protocol to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. Some steps include wrapping all linens in plastic, using bleach, and washing at high temperatures. Because of this (and our direct linen delivery to your vacation rental) you can sleep well knowing the highest standards have been met. For more information on our linen protocol click here!

Are restaurants open?

Yes, most local restaurants are open. Restaurants are also offering expanded takeout service, curbside pick up and of course, following all the latest local, state and federal guidelines to ensure your safety. Don't forget that all of our vacation homes have well-appointed kitchens that are perfect for cooking up delicious fresh seafood and other treats your family will love. 

Will pools be open?

Yes, the public pools are open with some limitations—and social distancing rules apply. (A condo building HOA pool is considered a public pool.) Of course, the best way to ensure you have access to a pool is to rent one of our homes with a pool. Call us for the latest info on pool closings at specific locations. 

Note: Topsail Dunes Condo pool is currently closed. Stay tuned for updates. 

Do you have contactless check-in?

Currently, we do not have contactless check-in. However, we have taken all the latest precautions as recommended by the CDC. We have plexiglass divider in the office, our staff has masks and of course we are wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant. If you have any specific check-in requests please give us a call. We are here to help you have a great vacation and will accommodate any reasonable requests.
